Section 1

Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

• "a2jl" or "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the a2jl platform accessible at a2jl.net.
• "Platform" means the a2jl website, mobile interface, all games, payment services, promotions, and ancillary features offered therein.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers for and/or uses an a2jl account.
• "Account" means the registered personal profile created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player into their a2jl wallet for the purpose of wagering.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free spins credit equivalents, or other non-cash incentives awarded by a2jl subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" or "Turnover" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before withdrawal eligibility is granted.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by a2jl and PAGCOR regulations.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority governing online gaming operations in the Philippines.

Section 2

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the a2jl Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the a2jl Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and a2jl. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.

Section 3

Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and maintain an a2jl Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity);
• You are at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR's online gaming framework for the Philippines;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online casino gaming is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not a current employee, agent, director, or officer of a2jl, or an immediate family member of such a person;
• You have not previously had an a2jl Account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms;
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by a2jl or PAGCOR.

Registration requires the submission of accurate personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. You agree that all information provided is truthful, complete, and current. a2jl reserves the right to refuse registration at its sole discretion.

Section 4

Account Verification (KYC)

a2jl is required under PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine law to verify the identity and age of all players before permitting real-money gameplay. The KYC process requires submission of the following:

• Primary ID: A valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document, such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, PRC ID, or Voter's ID;
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official document issued within the last three (3) months confirming your residential address;
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of yourself holding your primary ID, taken at the time of submission.

Until KYC verification is approved, your Account may be restricted to browse-only access. Real-money deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals require a fully verified Account. a2jl may request additional documentation at any time as part of ongoing compliance obligations.

Documents must be legible, unaltered, and in an accepted digital format (JPEG, PNG, or PDF). a2jl reserves the right to reject documents that are blurry, expired, tampered with, or inconsistent with information provided at registration.

Section 5

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your a2jl login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password for your a2jl Account that is not shared with any other online service;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available;
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices;
• Notify a2jl immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to or use of your Account.

a2jl will never ask you for your full password through any communication channel. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.

Section 6

Deposits & Payment Methods

a2jl accepts deposits via the following payment channels available to Philippine players: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, Landbank, InstaPay, DragonPay, Coins.ph, 7-Eleven payment counters, and USDT cryptocurrency.

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier;
• All deposits must originate from a payment source in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited;
• GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited instantly. Bank transfers may require up to 30 minutes during banking hours;
• a2jl does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges;
• Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT) are subject to network confirmation times and exchange rate conditions at the time of transaction;
• a2jl reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds for large deposits as part of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance.

Section 7

Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of their Real Money Balance subject to the following terms:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 500;
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the Player's own verified name;
• A fully completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed;
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically feasible;
• GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers process within 1–3 business days;
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed by a2jl's finance team. a2jl reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal;
• a2jl may suspend a withdrawal pending investigation if fraud, chargebacks, or policy violations are suspected.

Bonus-Related Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawal of Bonus Balance is not permitted until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. Attempting to withdraw funds prior to completing turnover requirements will result in the forfeiture of the remaining bonus balance. Only the Real Money Balance portion may be withdrawn at any time, subject to the conditions above.

Section 8

Bonuses & Promotions

a2jl offers various promotional incentives, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin credits, referral bonuses, and VIP loyalty rewards. All promotional offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any offer-specific conditions published on the Promotion page:

• Each promotional offer may be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each offer. Expired bonuses are automatically forfeited;
• a2jl reserves the right to determine which games contribute toward wagering requirements. Live casino games and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all;
• Maximum bet limits apply while a Bonus Balance is active. Bets exceeding the stated maximum bet limit during active bonus play may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings;
• a2jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice.

Section 9

Game Rules & Fairness

All games offered on the a2jl Platform are supplied by licensed third-party game providers and are subject to the game-specific rules published within each game's interface. By placing a wager, you acknowledge acceptance of the applicable game rules.

Random Number Generation

All RNG (Random Number Generator) games — including slots, virtual table games, and instant win titles — use certified RNG systems that produce statistically random outcomes. These systems are independently tested and certified by recognized testing laboratories. a2jl does not manipulate game outcomes.

Live Casino Games

Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studios operated by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, SA Gaming, Asia Gaming, and other certified providers. Game outcomes in live dealer games are determined by real physical actions (card shuffles, dice shakes, wheel spins) conducted on camera in real time.

Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a game technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error that renders a game outcome void, a2jl will void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Player's balance. a2jl is not liable for losses arising from third-party network failures, device issues, or internet connectivity problems on the Player's side.

Section 10

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the a2jl Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one Account, or using another person's Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes in game logic;
• Collusion with other players or dealers, particularly in live poker or live casino environments;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with any a2jl software or systems;
• Making chargebacks, reversals, or disputes with your payment provider in bad faith;
• Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by a third party;
• Using the Platform if you are a minor or in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.

Section 11

Intellectual Property

All content on the a2jl Platform — including but not limited to the a2jl brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, text, graphics, images, audio-visual content, and software — is the exclusive property of a2jl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any a2jl content without express prior written consent from a2jl.

Section 12

Responsible Gaming

a2jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players. We recognize that, for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

Player-Controlled Tools

Logged-in a2jl Players may access the following responsible gaming tools directly from their Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Session Time Limits: Limit the total time spent on the Platform per session or per day;
• Reality Checks: Configure pop-up notifications reminding you of elapsed playing time;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined period, during which your Account will be suspended and re-registration will be blocked.

Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Once a self-exclusion is active, a2jl will not send promotional marketing materials to the affected Account during the exclusion period.

Age Restriction

a2jl strictly enforces the 21-year minimum age requirement for all real-money gaming services. If a2jl becomes aware that an Account holder is under 21 years of age, the Account will be immediately suspended, all deposits will be returned, and any winnings will be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

Section 13

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, a2jl, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or any intangible losses;
• Damages arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or force majeure events beyond a2jl's reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, typhoons affecting Philippine infrastructure, government actions, power outages, or telecommunications failures;
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game information, odds, or promotional content, subject to correction without prior notice.

a2jl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your a2jl Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Section 14

Suspension & Termination

a2jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Provision of false or inaccurate information during registration or KYC;
• Chargebacks or payment reversals filed against a2jl;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request;
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months;
• Regulatory or compliance requirements mandating account closure.

Upon Account termination, your Real Money Balance (net of any disputed amounts) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Balances that have not met wagering requirements at the time of termination will be forfeited.

You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting a2jl support. All pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes before the closure is processed.

Section 15

Amendments to These Terms

a2jl reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification to the address on file, or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform, at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect — except where immediate changes are required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Your continued use of the a2jl Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure.

Section 16

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and a2jl, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting a2jl's support team at [email protected] within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. a2jl will make good-faith efforts to resolve legitimate disputes promptly and fairly.

If informal resolution is not achieved, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Where PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms are applicable, those procedures may be pursued concurrently.
